Nicolas Mahut, who famously battled John Isner in a record-shattering 11 hour and 5 minute match at Wimbledon last week, has made a donation of memorabilia from “The Match” to the Museum at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, R.I. Mahut will make his first return to competition since the epic match at the Campbell’s Hall of Fame Tennis Championships, which kicks off on Monday. This will be Mahut’s fifth appearance in Newport, where he was a finalist in 2007.
